The FINEAMIN Power Series is a line of high-performance, cyclohexylamine-free chemical solutions for water treatment, engineered to provide advanced corrosion and scale protection in all-pressure steam generators across the power industry.
While FINEAMIN 06 is our standard treatment for boilers operating up to 120 bars, and FINEAMIN 90 is used for high-pressure, high-temperature systems, the Power Series (PW70, PW71, PW72) serves as a dedicated toolbox for special applications where cyclohexylamine-containing products may not be ideal — particularly where cationic conductivity constraints apply or usage of cyclohexylamine is seen as a concern due to health and safety regulations.
Each product in the series integrates amine technology in ecologically friendly formulations, contributing to extended equipment life, improved heat transfer, and system efficiency.
All are biodegradable, non-toxic, and compatible with AVT (All Volatile Treatment) programs. They are suited for use either as standalone treatments or in two-drum combinations to fully leverage the protective power of film-forming polyamines.
PACKAGING
FINEAMIN PW70, PW71, AND PW72 are delivered as an all-in-one liquid solution in drums of 25kg, 60kg or 210kg, as well as instandard containers of 1000kg. In closed drums, with an ambient temperatures from 5°C to 45°C, they can be stored for up to 3 years.
FINEAMIN PW70
A pure, cyclohexylamine-free, film-forming polyamine only treatment, ideal for steam turbine systems requiring reduced cationic conductivity contribution.
It is a product that can be easily integrated into AVT programs, as it is fully compatible with ammonia and other commonly used chemicals in such programs.
Whenever you are searching for a cyclohexylamine-free treatment approach PW 70 is the alternate solution of Fineamin 90 ensuring same long-lasting protection by forming a monomolecular barrier and enhancing magnetite layer formation.

FINEAMIN PW71
A polymer and neutralizing amine-based, cyclo-free formulation designed to prevent both corrosion and scale formation, particularly suitable for systems in which using cyclohexylamine is seen as a concern. PW71 also acts as a dispersant, gently removing existing corrosion by-products.
It is fully compatible with other boiler water treatment chemicals and can also be used as a two drum solution together with Fineamin PW 70 to deliver the full benefits and superior performance of film-forming amine based technology, without involving cyclohexylamine.

FINEAMIN PW72
A concentrated neutralizing amine-only mixture, completely free of cyclohexylamine, offering effective corrosion control and pH stabilization in both water and steam phases. PW72 is especially useful in systems containing copper and copper alloys, where it can replace ammonia, ammonia being a concern for copper metallurgy corrosion.
It is fully compatible with other boiler water treatment chemicals and can also be used as a two-drum solution together with Fineamin PW 70 to deliver the full benefits and superior performance of film-forming amine based technology, without involving cyclohexylamine.
