The IAPWS Annual Meeting is happening in Helsinki from June 22 to 28, 2025. And obviously, we’re not going to miss it!
Our colleague, Levie Lensun, will be taking part in the technical work sessions on Monday and Tuesday. But what we’re all looking forward to is the Symposium on Wednesday, June 25th.
During the Symposium, Mr. Wolfgang Hater will present his latest research, co-authored with Levie, on the properties of film-forming amines in water-steam circuits.
It will be about:
The impact of FFAs on boiler efficiency. The behaviour of FFAs in dry steam. Results from pilot boiler testing at HSU Hamburg using Fineamin.
Levie will also be there, helping lead the Q&A .
